Whenever I start a book I try to engrave every little bit about it – it’s cover, it’s dedication, it’s preface etc. before I start with the chapters- in my mind. It decides for me if I am going to like reading the book or not.
I am stating this now because the preface of this book impressed me much and made the author gain my respect and made me much too eager to read it. And I am glad to say the book held onto its mark.
REVIEW:
As the title articulates, the author in this book imparts his well researched information about immigration and how to successfully achieve it. The information presented is easy to go through even for a layman and makes up for a concrete platform to stand on while aiming at your dream. But what added to the book was that how while providing tips and knowledge the author took upon himself to motivate you, keep up your spirits and by the time the book ends he makes you believe in yourself. I guess we can see a bit of his mentors in his writing.
I also liked how he sprinkled quotes and poems to extract maximum flavour out of the book. I loved Charles Bukowski’s ‘bluebird’, ‘roll the dice’ and also how the author embedded the roller coaster ride of his experiences in a practical information based book.
This book ‘How to Make your Dream of Living in Another Country a Reality’ does it’s job well!
